User Rights (LGPD/GDPR)

As a personal data subject, you have the following rights guaranteed by LGPD and GDPR: access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection to processing, consent revocation, and information about sharing.

You can request a copy of all your personal data at any time. Visit the "Request my data" page to download a JSON file with all information we hold about you.

You can correct your personal data in account settings. To request complete deletion, visit the "Delete my account" page. Deletion will be processed within 30 days.

You can object to data processing based on legitimate interest and revoke consents at any time. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before it. Manage your consents on the dedicated page.

To exercise any right: use the self-service pages (Request data, Delete account, Manage consents); or contact our DPO via the contact form or email dpo@prompthub.ai. We will respond within 15 days (LGPD) or 30 days (GDPR).
