Privacy Policy

PromptHub respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in compliance with LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Account data: name, email, password (hash). Usage data: prompts executed, inputs provided, outputs received, ratings, credit history. Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card data. Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, pages visited. Consent data: cookie preferences, terms acceptance.

We process your data based on: consent (analytics and marketing cookies); contract performance (service provision, payment processing); legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, service improvement); legal obligation (tax retention, authority responses).

Your data is used to: provide and maintain the service; process payments and credits; personalize your experience; send service communications; display ads (when consented); prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; improve the platform.

We share data with: Google (Gemini API — for prompt execution); Stripe (payment processing); Google Ads and Meta (advertising, when consented); Supabase (database infrastructure); Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

Your data may be transferred to servers outside Brazil and the EU (USA). These transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses and adequate mechanisms under LGPD and GDPR.

We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except when retention is required by law (tax data: 5 years; security logs: 6 months).

You have the right to: access your data; rectify incorrect data; request deletion; data portability; revoke consent; object to processing. To exercise your rights, visit the "Request my data" page or contact our DPO.
