Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PromptHub platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

PromptHub is a SaaS platform that connects AI prompt creators with users who want to use those prompts to generate content via artificial intelligence. Creators publish prompts whose text (system prompt) remains hidden. Users fill in input fields and receive AI-generated results.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to: attempt to access other creators' system prompts; use bots or scripts to automate executions without authorization; create illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content; manipulate the rating or metrics system; resell platform access without authorization.

The platform offers free executions (with ads), credit-based, or via Premium subscription. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the next billing cycle.

Creators retain intellectual ownership of their prompts. By publishing on the platform, the creator grants PromptHub a non-exclusive license to execute, display, and distribute the prompt within the platform. AI-generated outputs belong to the requesting user, subject to the AI provider's terms.

PromptHub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or platform notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For EU users, mandatory GDPR provisions also apply.
