1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PromptHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the prompts they upload. You must own the rights to your prompts and ensure they do not violate any laws or third-party rights. Prompts that generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content are prohibited.

3. Revenue Sharing

Creators earn 40% of ad revenue per execution (50% for founding creators). Revenue is calculated based on actual ad impressions. Payouts are processed manually with a minimum threshold of $10.00.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PromptHub to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates others' rights. Ad blocking to circumvent the free tier is prohibited. Automated scraping of the platform is prohibited.

5. Platform Rights

PromptHub reserves the right to remove prompts, suspend accounts, or modify the revenue share structure with 30 days notice. The platform controls all AI API keys and proxies all AI calls.

6. Limitation of Liability

PromptHub is provided "as is". We are not liable for AI-generated content, creator earnings fluctuations, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
